Services are comprehensive and highly individualized with an array of advanced skills and expertise, and a dynamic nursing care approach; we are able to provide services to any patient, whether unique or complicated. Services vary in intensity based on the needs of the persons served.
The Island Home Nursing team receives special and advanced clinical training in order to provide the best care possible in patients’ home setting. The Nursing Department comprises of qualified staffs that have undergone comprehensive competency-based trainings and are experts in the nursing field. Additional nursing training enables us to expand our services in order to include patients who typically require critical nursing services.
